Tangie, is a sativa-dominant, hybrid cultivar (70% sativa/30% indica). The breeding of this cultivar pays tribute to the infamous Tangerine Dream, which was popular in the 90s. Tangie (California Orange x Unknown Skunk) was developed by DNA Genetics and later Crockett Family along with other breeders such as Reserva Prevada. This varietal has won numerous Cannabis Cup awards – too many to count. Tangie is known for its sweet citrus aroma with a tinge of skunk on the back end. This well-known, candy-tasting cultivar was bred by 3rd Gen Family, Terp Hogz, and also the northern-California company Dying Breed Seeds. An indica-dominant cultivar (80% indica/20% sativa) bred from a mix of genetics (Grape Ape x Grapefruit x unknown strain), Zkittlez has won first place at the 2016 Emerald Cup and has placed first in several other National Cannabis Cup events. It is described as a unique, sweet, tropical candy flavor with a hint of gas. The effects are known to be uplifting and increase appetite.
