Satisfaction Guaranteed We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied, we will work to make it right. Main Street Health’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, that’s on us. For example, if a vape pen does not work, and you want to return it, don’t take it apart. Just contact us. To submit for a reimbursement, please provide photos of the product, proof of purchase (receipt), and the product label. Please note: Expired or consumed items cannot be returned for a reimbursement. If you are unsure of how to dispose of expired or unwanted product, we’re happy to point you in the right direction to ensure proper and safe disposal of these items if you need an extra hand! We reserve the right to limit reimbursements to typical retail purchase quantities, limit this policy to one-per-patient, or make other modifications in the normal course of business. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase for this guarantee. All reimbursements will be made via electronic gift card. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are concerned, we will do our best within the scope of Ohio’s laws to make it right. First, try to contact the dispensary where you purchased the product to check their return policy for your issue. If they are unable to resolve your concerns, get the ball rolling by reaching out to us here
