Reason for Contact*
With the introduction of adult use in Ohio, program rules require dispensaries to accept product returns. If you are experiencing an issue with one of our products, please reach out to the dispensary where you purchased it, and they should be able to assist you. If, after reaching out to the dispensary, there is still an issue, please contact us and let us know. We stand behind everything we sell, so we’ll either work with the dispensary to make it right, or work to make it right ourselves. Main Street’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Expired or consumed items cannot be returned/reimbursed. We reserve the right to limit reimbursements to typical retail purchase quantities, limit this policy to one-per-patient, or make other modifications in the normal course of business. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase for this guarantee. All reimbursements will be made via gift card.
